IBI is a hi-tech Swiss company focused on research, development and production of medical devices for tissue engineering, 3D matrixes and 2D scaffolds, and drug delivery applications, particularly eluting fibres and sutures.
Soft Tissues
IBI is developing 2D and 3D resorbable scaffolds for tissue engineering. Scaffolds are available for laboratory in vitro use. Read more about in the Products section.
Hard Tissues
Bioresorbable Bioactive Bone Scaffolds are IBI new hemi-synthetic bone substitutes for oral and maxillofacial surgical applications. IBI Scaffolds are also used in cell therapies for bone regeneration applications.
