Patient: 16 years old, skeletally mature.
Surgical procedure: This de novo aneurysmal bone cysts has been carefully removed and the surrounding tissue cleaned and prepared (curettage and borettage), saving the external cortical laminas. The void space has been filled with blocks, tightly positioned in place along major bone stress lines.
Pre Operation: Pre-op situation with ABC in posterior acetabular and iliac right region.
Follow-up 1 Year: Evidence of a good bone regeneration.
Follow-up 2 Years: Good regeneration and high quality.
