Comminuted olecranon and capitulum humeri fracture reduced with internal fixation

  • Patient: male, 32 years old.
  • Surgical procedure: Positioning of two omeral and two ulnar fiches, bone gap filling with a block adapted to shape and finally fixed with 3 K-wires.
Post surgical control with fixation device in place (plates, screws, figure of 8 cercalge wire with pints.
Follow-up 1 Month: The osteosinthesis is stable and patient begins physioterapy.
Follow-up 2 Months: Regular evolution of the fracture site with evidence of a good bone regeneration.
