  • Patient: male, 52 years old.
  • Surgical procedure:reduction using internal fixation with LCP plate and screws and Ortho  Wedge and Granules applied in defect area.
Follow-up 1 Month: Presence of pain (3-4).
Follow-up 2 Months: Good range of motion.
Follow-up 3 Months: Bone integration has to be detected.
Follow-up 4 Months: Good clinical course, no issues observed, completed recovery.
