Surgical procedure: Multi-fragmentary fracture of radius epiphysis and detachment of ulnar styloid. Reduction and synthesis with plate and screws supported by block, grafted to fill radius bone gap.
CT Scan of the multifragmentary radial distal epiphysis fracture.
Follow-up 1 Month: after cast removal.
Follow-up 3 Months: Evidences of callus formation, good bone remodelling.
