  • Surgical procedure: synthesis reduction using ortho Granules and Blocks.
Pre operation: Fracture of the posterior margin of tibial plateau reduced with screws and our bone graft.
Follow-up 1 Month: Good clinical course.
Follow-up 2 Months: Good consolidation of the ephyseal proximal tibia and good bone regeneration.
