  • Surgical procedure: synthesis reduction using LCP with ortho Blocks and Granules.
Follow-up 2 Months: Good stabilization and good clinical course.
Follow-up 3 Months: Evidence of bone integration, pain free, good range of motion with small flection deficit.
Follow-up 6 Months: Gains complete flection with a pain free and stable knee. Good bone integration.
