IBI is hosting an oral surgery course using SmartBone®.

The course will be held in Malta on November 10th – 11th, 2017 by Dr. Giorgio Carusi .

After many successful experiences using SmartBone® technology, prof. Giorgio Carusi, specialised in odontostomatology, will explain the several applications of SmartBone® in oral surgery.

The first day Dr. Carusi will give a theoretical overview, with topics that range from the periodontology to the bone defects’ treatment. These topics are of the highest interest to implantologists.

The second day will take place a hands-on course on porcine model . Every participant will have to execute a partial thickness flap, a full-thickness flap with periosteal release, and a free gingival graft.
