Today, Raffaella Esposito discussed her degree thesis at the Milan Polytechnic.

Title: “Design, fabrication and experimental evaluation of a bone substitute for tibial osteotomy (HTO)”.

Raffaella’s thesis has been carried out in collaboration with IBI Sa and the technical team headed by Professor Condello of UNIVR.

IBI is currently focusing its energies on the development and design of a new branch of applications for orthopedics, and for its innovative bone substitute, Smartbone. Always attentive to the research and development field, the Ticino-based company devotes a special attention to the training of junior staff and hosts willingly master and graduating students for their subsequent inclusion in various company departments.

Raffaella Esposito ha discusso oggi al Politecnico di Milano la sua tesi di laurea.

Il titolo: “Design, fabbricazione e valutazione sperimentale di un sostituto osseo per l’osteotomia tibiale (HTO)”.

La tesi è stata svolta in collaborazione con IBI Sa e con il team tecnico capitanato dal professor Condello di uniVR.

IBI sta attualmente concentrando le sue energie nello sviluppo e progettazione di una nuova famiglia di applicazioni per l’ortopedia e per il suo innovativo sostituto osseo, Smartbone.  Da sempre attenta alla ricerca, l’azienda ticinese dedica un occhio di riguardo alla formazione delle giovani leve, ed ospita volentieri masterandi e tesisti per il loro successivo inserimento nei vari dipartimenti aziendali.
