TODAY WE MEET – Interview to Rosy, Customer Service Specialist

February 23, 2021
Rosy Galeno

Hello Rosy, this month you will be the focus of the “TODAY WE MEET”. Let’s start with a short presentation to get to know you better!

Good morning to everyone!

My name is Rosy and I’m graduated in foreign languages and literature.

I have been working for many years in the commercial sector and several fields, although I have to admit, that the medical branch interests me more than others.

I am a passionate person and I love challenges and new opportunities.

In this regard, the company IBI SA offers me the possibility to get involved every day, working on different fronts with a professional approach and a touch of creativity.

You are the former Customer Service Specialist, you are one of the front-end key figures in IBI, when you get in contact with a possible customer, which are the main values that you want to transfer to the customer regarding the company and the product?

When I get in touch with customers I am simply myself.

Establishing a good professional relationship means first and foremost instilling trust and credibility in our customers through kindness and helpfulness.

IBI focuses on the research, development and production of medical devices for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine as the basis for the future of healthcare.

However, customers want to feel they are in good hands and this not only means guaranteeing the safety and quality of our products, but they also want to be guided, relying on us from the initial enquiry to the monitoring of the shipment from export to import.

I believe that the best way to satisfy their request is to empathise with them so that they perceive IBI’s professionality and to establish a strong and constant mutual collaboration.

When you have to deal with a difficult customer how you try to the situation?

I think that the best way to handle any kind of problem in our field is to be open to various possibilities of resolution and new challenges.

Showing our commitment, our skills and our willingness to meet our customers’ expectations, by listening to them and dedicating ourselves to them, even when their requests are complicated and difficult to handle.

Finally, a little patience and self-control may help.

As a final question, I would ask you to tell me what working for IBI means to you?

For me, working at IBI means facing new challenges every day, enrich myself and growing not only professionally, but also as a person.

Communicating in different languages and coming into contact with new cultures and traditions is truly a unique experience, opening up new horizons and developing a new way of thinking.

We have come to the end of the interview, thank you for making yourself available and sharing your experience in IBI, see you soon!

It was a pleasure to meet you. See you soon! 😉
